October NAYDO Webinar: Connect the Dots: Strong Culture, Engaged Employees & Philanthropy

October 11, 2018
Presented by Sara Ryan, YMCA of the USA and Courtney Cordero, YMCA of San Diego County When a Y's culture is more centered on transactions than the life-changing impact it creates, staff, volunteers and members are less likely to understand that they are a vital part of a charitable nonprofit, and therefore, are less likely to offer their time or financial resources to support the Y's cause. Hear success stories from Ys that attribute their increase in dollars raised to an intentional focus on their Ys' culture through small, but effective enhancements to Y leaders' engagement to staff. In addition, receive plug-and-play tools and resources to implement at your Y as part of new hire orientations and ongoing employee training programs. Target audience: NFD, SFD, EX, PD, MC, SMY
